About the Hotel

The rooms are spread among tropical gardens that give the impression of being immersed in the Caribbean jungle, and equipped with a private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning and a private balcony.
Facing one of the most beautiful beaches in Playa del Carmen, this hotel offers sun loungers, umbrellas, cocktails, snacks, as well as bicycles, a fully equipped spa and a gym. The hotel also has water sports facilities, day and night entertainment, 24-hour front desk service, and parking service.

***The local government has a mandatory tax of $70.00 MXN per room, per night, payable directly to the hotel.
***When blockages are detected, reservations of 8 or more rooms will be considered a group, so a guarantee will be requested and additional conditions and supplements will apply. In case of cancellation 61 days before arrival, free cancellation. In case of cancellation 60 to 31 days before arrival, 50% of each canceled room will be charged. In case of cancellation 30 days or less in advance, 100% will be charged per canceled room.
