About the Hotel
The Fives Beach Hotel & Residences All Senses Inclusive is a luxury all-inclusive beach family hotel in Playa del Carmen, with a children's club with an area designed for physical activities, and all the necessary amenities for baby care. The spa offers a Zen atmosphere, special treatments for children, and Ayurvedic therapies. Culinary art lovers will enjoy specialty restaurants, gourmet appetizers, and six bars, including a panoramic bar and a Mexican-style cantina.
The hotel features seven pools, one of them with the shape of a river with a gentle stream, a heated adult-only pool, and one for children. There is also an integral activities program with night entertainment, a shopping area with fashion stores, and a natural sinkhole. This family hotel in the Riviera Maya has 662 guest rooms and suites equipped with a balcony and bathroom with rain shower. Suites offer from one to three bedrooms. Sky suites are located on the upper floor of each building and the penthouse has a furnished private terrace with jacuzzi.
The hotel is located on Xcalacoco Beach, 4 kilometers (2.5 mi) from the golf course at the Grand Coral Riviera Maya resort and 9 kilometers (5.6 mi) from downtown Playa del Carmen. Cancún International Airport (CUN) is 50 kilometers (31 mi) away.
***At check-in, the hotel will charge a deposit of $1,000.00 MXN which will be refunded whenever there are no consumption or incidence charges. The charge is made per room, per night, with a maximum limit of $10,000.00 MXN with a credit card (cash deposits are not accepted). The unused amount of the deposit will be released upon check-out.
***The local government has a mandatory tax of $28.86 MXN per room, per night, payable directly to the hotel.
