Restaurants under renovation works
OceanSide restaurant will be under renovation works from April 20 to June 19, 2026; on the other hand, the Rio and the Sky Terrace restaurants will be under renovation works from September 01 to November 02, 2026. During these periods, the other seven restaurnats at the resort will continue operating normally.
Pool areas under maintenance works
The pool located directly in front of the beach, the Diamond Club™ Pool, the Lazy River, and the Royalton Pool will be under maintenance works in phases, on a rotating basis, starting on September 08 until late October 2026. During each phase, registered guests will continue enjoying access to all other pools and water facilities at the resort, as well as the Splash Pad and FlowRider® ($).
Restaurants under enhancement works
Selected restaurants will go under enhancement works: Grazie Italian Trattoria during this week until September 06; Zen Teppanyaki, from September 07 to 13; Hunter Steakhouse, from September 14 to 20; Oceanside, from September 21 to 30; and Rio Brazilian Grill, until November 02, 2026.
Rooms under enhancement works
Selected room areas will go under enhancement works at a progressive basis until November 02, 2026. Registered guests will be located away the affected areas, which will help to minimize its visibility and any potential inconvenience.
About the Hotel

The hotel is 11 kilometers (6.8 mi) from Palma Real Shopping Village and Manatí Park, and 25 kilometers (15.5 mi) from Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ).
