About the Hotel
Riu Bambú is an all-inclusive family hotel in front of Arena Gorda beach in the Riu resort in Punta Cana. The property has ideal recreational facilities and services such as three freshwater pools, an outdoor jacuzzi, a children's pool with slides and games, and a children's club. It also has a daily program of activities, a tour table, night shows and sports such as kayaking, diving, snorkeling, windsurfing, tennis, volleyball, among others. The hotel has five restaurants serving different specialties, as well as four bars, one of which is open 24 hours a day. The complex also has a nightclub, photo studio and spa.
The hotel has 1000 rooms and junior suites equipped with television with satellite channels, minibar, liquor dispenser, safe, radio alarm clock, air conditioning and ceiling fan. The junior suites have larger spaces and a rest area. The property offers spaces for holding events for up to 100 people. In addition, it provides access to the water park with slides, solarium, children's area, bar and snack services and the Riu Pool Party, a themed party only for adults in the pool (Monday, Friday, Wednesday and Saturday).
The resort is located 4 kilometers from the Punta Blanca golf club and 12 kilometers from Manati Park, where dolphin and bird shows are presented. Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) is located 26 kilometers away.
