Oceano Palace Beach Resort is a modern beach hotel in the southern area of the Mazatlán Golden Zone, 9 kilometers (5.6 mi) from downtown and 1 kilometer (0.6 mi) from the marina. General Rafael Buelna International Airport (MZT) is 27 kilometers (16.8 mi) away.

The hotel has 255 comfortable guest rooms decorated in Mexican style with wood and rattan furniture and equipped with air conditioning, in-room safe, WiFi, telephone, cable or satellite TV, and private bathroom with shower. Some rooms offer ocean view and balcony from where you can enjoy stunning views of the coastal landscape, and studios have a fully-equipped kitchenette. The property has accommodations adapted for guests with disabilities (subject to availability).
