Hotel Xcaret Mexico All Parks All Fun Inclusive is built in a natural environment surrounded by pools, beaches, rivers, and coves, next to Xcaret Park. It has Mexican design and architecture that integrates modernism, nature, and tradition in each of the 1,800 suites.

The resort's 20 restaurants and 14 bars offer a journey through the colors and flavors of Mexican and international cuisine, including three restaurants and two bars exclusively for adults. It also has a club for children and teenagers, 16 pools, 3 gyms, tennis and paddle courts, a functional training circuit in nature, a church, and space for events. The hotel offers non-motorized water activities such as kayaking, snorkeling and stand-up paddling.

***At the request of the local municipality, the hotel will charge a mandatory tax of $26.06 MXN or $1.40 USD per room, per night, to be paid directly at the property.

***Upon check-in, the hotel will directly charge a deposit of $4,000.00 MXN, which will be refunded as long as the room is not damaged or requires additional cleaning. This charge is per room, per stay.

***At the request of Corporativo Xcaret Hoteles, name changes are not accepted, under any circumstances or rates. Any reservation that requires a name change must be canceled and rebooked at the rate available at the time of making the new reservation (this could result in cancellation fees).

***Each reservation of more than 4 rooms under the same name will be considered a duplicate and will not be confirmed by the hotel, this may incur a penalty.

***For small groups only, you can book up to 4 rooms with the same name. Before customizing rooms and changing names, you need written permission from our Customer Service team.
