About the Hotel
Hard Rock is a family-friendly all-inclusive hotel located in front of the beach in Cancun's Hotel Zone. This rock-themed establishment offers activities for the whole family, as well as a music lab where you can take guitar or drum lessons. For fun, the rooms have a menu with 20 Fender® electric guitars. In addition, there are four pools, one of them in the form of a lagoon and the other for children with games. It also has five international gourmet restaurants, specializing in Mexican and Asian cuisine, and seven bars and lounges serving domestic and imported drinks, cocktails and wines. The tennis court, gym and spa are other recreational options.
The 600 luxurious rooms and suites have a 42-inch flat-screen TV, a minibar with soft drinks, juices, water and domestic beer, and an espresso machine. The bathrooms have a spa bath and Rock Spa® toiletries. Additionally, the suites have ocean or lagoon views from their private balconies. The hotel also offers free Wi-Fi, personalized assistance and 24-hour room service. Children can have fun at The Hard Rock Roxity Kids Club™, an interactive area equipped with musical instruments and a mini cinema, while for young people there is an area for mechanical games and video games.
The property is located in the Cancun Hotel Zone, and offers easy access to the Caribbean Sea beach. Plaza Kukulcan is just 2 kilometers (1.2 mi) away, which has several prestigious stores and jewelry stores, as well as a section called Avenida de Lujo. The La Isla shopping mall is 3 kilometers (1.8 mi) from the hotel, one of the most visited shopping centers in the city. Coco Bongo and La Ciudad are 6 kilometers (3.7 mi) away, as are the Plaza Forum and Plaza Caracol shopping malls. Cancun International Airport (CUN) is 18 kilometers (11 miles) away.
