About the Hotel
Flamingo Cancun All Inclusive is a family oceanfront hotel in Cancun's hotel zone. Facilities include two pools, a sun terrace, a fitness center, an ATM, and parking. For the children, there is a kids club and babysitter service, while parents can relax with massage and temazcal services. The hotel has two restaurants, three bars, and a meeting room for 110 guests.
The 249 rooms are equipped with a balcony or terrace, air conditioning, a private bathroom with shower or bathtub, cable TV, and hair dryer. Deluxe rooms have a minibar and enjoy access to a hospitality room with complimentary computers with WiFi, a reading room, and coffee service.
The hotel is located in the famous hotel zone of Cancun, in front of the Plaza Flamingo mall, less than 2 kilometers (1.2 mi) from the Convention Center and Coco Bongo, The City, and other nightclubs with the best of the night fun. The downtown area, with restaurants, shopping centers, and handicraft markets, is located 12 kilometers (7.4 mi) away and Cancun International Airport (CUN) is 21 kilometers away.
***Any booking of 10 or more rooms is considered a group reservation and has special conditions.
***Any reservation of 5 or more rooms should have the name of the reservation holder.
***By provision of the Congress of the State of Quintana Roo, foreign tourists who leave the state after April 1, 2021, must pay the VISITAX tax of $224.00 MXN per person. The payment can be made before the arrival, at check-in, or during the stay, since the verification is at the time of leaving the state. You should fill out a form and register to make the payment. More information is provided on your itinerary, once your reservation is confirmed.
***The local government has a mandatory tax of $73.00 MXN per room, per night, payable directly to the hotel.
***At check-in, the hotel charges a deposit of $100.00 USD or $ 2,000.00 MXN, per room, per stay, which will be refunded whenever the room has no damages or requires additional cleaning, or if there is no additional consumption.
