About the Hotel
El Dorado Seaside Palms, All & More Inclusive - Adults Only is a romantic retreat on the shores of the Caribbean Sea, immersed in the tropical jungle. This all-suite hotel in the Riviera Maya offers an all-inclusive plan. You will delight in the six restaurants and seven bars at the property with delicate dinners, gourmet snacks, and selected beverages. The resort includes a Spa with rituals inspired by the synergy between the four elements (water, fire, earth and air), such as Temascal, as well as four pools. The hotel invites you to relax on a hammock among coconut trees or on a Balinese bed on the beach and enjoy its extensive activities program and personalized concierge assistance at the beach and the pools.
The 380 suites have a whirlpool tub for two, a marble bathroom with double sink, in-room safe, balcony or terrace, coffeemaker, and a minibar. The rooms in the Premium section are designed in contemporary Caribbean style with dark wood accents and offer a private pool area with wooden lounge chairs, a gourmet corner perfect for midday snacks, a pool bar, and pool butler service.
The resort is located at Kantenah Bay, 26 kilometers (16.2 mi) from Xcaret and 31 kilometers (19.3 mi) from downtown Playa del Carmen. The Archaeological Site of Tulum is 33 kilometers (20.5 mi) away, while Cancún International Airport (CUN) is 84 kilometers (52.2 mi) from the hotel.

***The local government has a mandatory tax of $26.06 MXN or $1.40 USD per room, per night, payable directly to the hotel.
***Upon check-in, CURP must be shown for all booked guests.
