About the Hotel
Barceló Ixtapa is an all-inclusive resort located on El Palmar beach in Ixtapa. This beachfront hotel is ideal for family vacations, business meetings, weddings and honeymoons. It is also conveniently located next to the Palma Real golf club and 19 kilometers from Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo International Airport (ZIH).
This hotel in Ixtapa offers 350 rooms distributed over a 12-story building, and 48 villas located near the sea. Each room is equipped with a plasma TV, safe, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, coffee maker and minibar. Additionally, Premium Level rooms have DVDs and wireless phones, while family villas have a seating area with a sofa. There are no elevators in the villas.
The facilities at the Barceló Ixtapa include a gym, two tennis courts, a multipurpose court, children's club, solarium and three swimming pools, one of them with a hydromassage area.
