About the Hotel
Bahía Príncipe Luxury Akumal is an all-inclusive hotel located in front of a 2-kilometer (1.2 mi) long beach in Akumal, in the Mexican state of Quintana Roo. The hotel offers five types of rooms, two of them only for adults. There is a type of room with private pool and family suites with bedrooms. Guest rooms are fitted with balcony or terrace overlooking the ocean, the garden, or the pool. Accommodations are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, and in-room safe, as well as a daily-restocked minibar with soft drinks and beer. This resort on the Riviera Maya includes buffet restaurants, multiple specialty restaurants, 24-hour consumption centers, and several bars. All food and beverages are included. Registered guests have access to unlimited dinners in a la carte restaurants and all common areas and restaurants within the other three adjacent hotels. The resort has six free shape pools, including an adult-only and two children’s pools; Jacuzzis, a fitness center, a children’s club, water and land sports, and an activities program. The resort also has a shopping center and an entertainment center called Hacienda Doña Isabel, which has a bar, a nightclub, and shops, as well as daytime activities.
