About the Hotel

Azul Ixtapa All Inclusive Beach Resort Convention Center is an all-inclusive hotel in front of Playa Linda Beach. A special feature of this coast is a mineral called magnetite, which gives sand a unique hue. The property is located a short distance from a marina, shopping centers and the golf courses of Ixtapa. Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo International Airport (ZIH) is 25 kilometers (15.5 mi) away.

This resort in Ixtapa has 412 rooms equipped with air conditioning, safe, cable TV and Internet access for an extra fee. All rooms and suites offer sea views. The hotel has accommodations specially adapted for people with disabilities (on request). The hotel is smoke-free and dog-friendly (fees and restrictions apply).

The hotel offers four bars and a wide range of cuisine in its seven restaurants and hosts grilled dinners and a cevicheria. Azul Ixtapa offers themed activities and meals specially prepared for children. There is a water park in the complex with small slides and fountains. For adults, the hotel offers a gym where you will find a cardio area, spinning classes, free weights, integrated weight, cross-fit, TRX classes, zumba sessions, box clinic, Pilates, and more. Sports enthusiasts will find a climbing wall, tennis courts, pickleball courts, a professional soccer field, a basketball court, a mini soccer field and mini golf. Facilities include three pools. The hotel offers a convention center with capacity for 2,200 guests. Internet access is included in public areas.

***Guests must show their corresponding CURP (adults, minors, and infants) upon check-in at the hotel. This will speed up the process and comply with the guidelines established by the authorities.

***Dogs are allowed for a fee of $1,549.00 MXN per dog, per night (taxes and welcome kit included).

***Complimentary breakfast upon arrival when you show your printed or electronic boarding pass at any airline (for arrivals before 13:30 hrs).

***Check-in starts at 15:00 hrs. Guests arriving after 13:30 hrs can use the facilities and consumption centers. For arrivals before 13:30 hrs, an early check-in can be requested at the front desk (the room is subject to availability).

***The early check-in at the hotel from 08:00 to 15:00 hrs generates an additional charge of $970.00 MXN for adults, $485.00 MXN for minors from 7 to 12 years of age, and $245.00 MXN for minors from 3 to 6 years of age.

***The late check-out at the hotel from 12:00 to 15:00 hrs generates an additional charge of $780.00 MXN for adults, $390.00 MXN for minors from 7 to 12 years of age, and $195.00 MXN for minors from 3 to 6 years of age. Late check-out from 12:00 to 18:00 hrs generates an additional charge of $1,360.00 MXN for adults, $680.00 MXN for minors from 7 to 12 years of age, and $340.00 MXN for minors from 3 to 6 years of age.
