About the Hotel
Hotel Xcaret Arte - All Parks All Fun Inclusive - Adults Only is located in the Riviera Maya next to Hotel Xcaret Mexico, facing the paradisiacal Caribbean Sea, with an architectural design that merges with nature. This resort only for people over 16 years old invites you to live a unique experience, penetrating the country's roots and culture. It consists of 900 suites with organic decoration, distributed in five buildings called houses that are inspired by artistic disciplines. Each house includes an artistic workshop to delve into the world of dance, pottery, weaving, painting and vegan cuisine. Access and transportation to all Xcaret Group parks and experiences are included, as is transportation to and from the airport.
The hotel has nine pools, five on the rooftops of the houses, and a spa with treatment cabins nestled in natural caves, hydrotherapy ritual, temazcal, apothecary, and more. Its gastronomic offer is led by renowned chefs who invite you to a journey through the flavors of Mexico. In addition, it has a theater for shows, a convention center and an ecumenical church to celebrate all kinds of events and weddings.
Xcaret Park is 3 kilometers away and Playa del Carmen's bustling Fifth Avenue is 11 kilometers away. Xel-Há Park is 43 kilometers away and Cancun International Airport (CUN) is 65 kilometers away.
***The reservation holder must present official photo identification.
***The guest must present official identification for adults and minors upon check-in.
***The local government has a mandatory tax of $26.06 MXN or $1.40 USD per room, per night, payable directly to the property.
***Upon check-in, the hotel will directly charge a deposit of $4000.00 MXN, which will be refunded as long as the room is not damaged or requires additional cleaning. This charge is per room, per stay.
***Due to Xcaret Hotels Corporate policy, name changes are not accepted under any circumstances or fees. Any reservation that requires a name change must be canceled and rebooked at the rate available at the time of the new reservation (cancellation charges may apply).
***Each reservation of more than 4 rooms under the same name will be considered a duplicate and will not be confirmed by the hotel, this may incur a penalty. ***For small groups only, you can book up to 4 rooms with the same name.
